Projects
My main gig is playing mandolin with bluegrass/roots band The Slocan Ramblers. I've been playing and writing for this group since 2010, and it's been my primary focus and outlet for many years.
My other passion is acoustic jazz, in particular Gypsy Jazz and the music of Django Reinhardt, on my 1917 Gibson mandola. The mandola fits so perfectly in this style, and I've never heard it done before.
